Step 1 – Open up iTunes (make sure you have the latest version) now open up the iTunes Store

Step 2 – Now click on the ‘App store’ button on the black navigation bar

Step 3 – Scroll down and find an application that is listed as “Free” and click on the icon of the chosen app

Step 4 – Click on the ‘Free App’ button that is located right under the ginormous icon

Step 5 – A pop-up will ask you to either create a new account or to sign in with an existing Apple ID. Click ‘Create New Account’

Step 6 – Read and Accept to Apple’s iTunes/App store Terms of Services, and proceed

Step 7 – Type in your Email address, desired password, and date of birth. Click continue.

Step 8 – There are going to be logos of different credit card services, but we’re not using any, so choose ‘None’

Step 9 – Now type in your Name and address.

Step 10 – If you did everything right, you’d see that an verification e-mail has been sent to the email you filled in earlier.

Step 11 – Open up your Email client, find the email Apple sent you, and click on Verify now.

Step 12 – You should be on Apple’s website now to complete the verification.

Step 13 – After successfully logging in, it’d say that your Apple ID has been verified successfully.

Step 14 – It should now redirect you to iTunes, once again saying your verified.

Yeah, I’m not really sure what all the doom and gloom is about. The fact is, I have an untethered iOS 6.0.2 JB running on my iPhone 5 right now.

One thing is for sure. Almost all of us started using my space or other sites at first. Me I'm the type of guy that likes to try almost every kind of SOCIAL NETWORK APP or website. I use it for my YouTube channel and my blog.

I've notice that we had a full rush of apps coming our way. Sometimes is hard to find the right one. And to be honest I like both Facebook and twitter. Facebook is more for my family and must keep everything. Simple because one status can hurt a lot of people. Lol

On the other hand I have twitter where I can tweet. Anything I want and people won't think I'm crazy. My twitter account is my life . I get to talk to other people. And also see what's on with the world and artist. Twitter is a must have.

The right way to eat and be healthy is not out in a fast food restaurant with burgers or sandwiches. Made out of we don't know what. America consume so much food per second. Is almost impossible to calculate. But is a lot . Most people end up having heart problems, diabetic and more.

But people seem to not care if more then half of our population is overweight. And still buying the same products everyday. Even if they display healthy choices or one of the most famous quotes on advertisement ( 0 calories) and diet soda which contains more sugar. Then a bag of sugar it self. This is just a way to get us to buy the product.

A big example of a healthy person. Just think how many time do you see a Asian family waiting to be checked by the doctor. Never in my case. I know people from china and Japan and one thing they got in common is THEY DON'T EAT AT FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS IN AMERICA. They rather eat out of a garbage can. Then to eat at a fast food restaurant. One thing you must see is the way they eat. Everything fresh out the ground. And never fry anything. We live in a place where fruits and meat last longer then ever in life. why... all the chemicals use by the man and made by a man.

Ever been to a supermarket. And just wonder. Why so many products and just a few companies. Is like me and a few friends selling the same product different name .Thinking is going to be healthy when in reality is all a big lie. Same thing with tobacco. We got big industries selling poison to our people . With labels on them saying caution you will get CANCER and you know what's more sad. That we sometimes support this companies.

By buying their products. alcohol is our second choice of and legal poison. Just google how many deaths goes on every minute, every second of our life you will be amaze.Plus is legal to buy this. They don't care about us . All they want is money. Same things with medicine. I bet they got the cure for almost everything. But why cure somebody when they can benefit from them. Sad but true. One thing I don't understand is. Why every Medicine got a side effect isn't it supposed to cure and make you feel better. Yeah they will fix that problem but the side effects will start a new one. They need you to buy more medicine. Money and more money for the big company's.

EXTREME DIET

People keep asking me how have you manage to keep your weight in the same number. Even when I go to a family get together type thing they remain asking. Well one thing I also do is ignore some food and try to stay away from the kitchen but anyways most people are asking and here is my daily task to keep my weight in the same level as always
1- drink a glass of water before going to the shower that will keep you away from coffee and other BOOST drinks
2- Most people will eat in the morning I don't simple and like I said this is an extreme diet
3- Eat around 12:00 to 1:00 replace your snacks with water and a banana
4- right after 4:00 all you will eat is soup and water
5- Please do not eat anything after 7:00 pm remember you will be going to bed soon and trust me you don't want to burn calories sleeping is more like babysitting them :)
Keep the same diet for a week and trust me you will not die our body can take days with out eating I'm not saying to stop eating but you can consume less portion of food and will NOT DIE.

SECRETS FOR SHAVING

Well I been in business for more then 7 years and during that time I had the time to cut different type of hairs black people's hair is one of the easiest to cut as 90% of them keep their hair tight and sharp clean cut. White people's hair is the best to fade I can say that 97% of them got light brown or blonde hair which makes it easier to fade and cut with scissors. Now Hispanics are just different and challenging Latinos tend to have their hair in every type of way you can describe. Well since most of my clients in the barbershop are Latinos I had to come up with my own solution for shaving and cutting hair. Believe it or not I used many things like shaving creme and hot towel is good but it drys faster. I even used a small amount of oil mix with some water never again it was like skating on ice. Well I kept trying all types of methods till I came up with my friends idea conditioner mix with 1 tbsp of water mix it and start shaving the reason I love shaving with conditioner is because is easier to add to your clients face is creamy and clear for an easy look at your guide line or shape up and my number one reason keeps your hands smelling clean and like I said is way easier to shave your self or anybody hair. Try it...... and make sure you know what you're doing
