People keep asking me how have you manage to keep your weight in the same number. Even when I go to a family get together type thing they remain asking. Well one thing I also do is ignore some food and try to stay away from the kitchen but anyways most people are asking and here is my daily task to keep my weight in the same level as always
1- drink a glass of water before going to the shower that will keep you away from coffee and other BOOST drinks
2- Most people will eat in the morning I don't simple and like I said this is an extreme diet
3- Eat around 12:00 to 1:00 replace your snacks with water and a banana
4- right after 4:00 all you will eat is soup and water
5- Please do not eat anything after 7:00 pm remember you will be going to bed soon and trust me you don't want to burn calories sleeping is more like babysitting them :)
Keep the same diet for a week and trust me you will not die our body can take days with out eating I'm not saying to stop eating but you can consume less portion of food and will NOT DIE.
